All kidding aside, I'm planning to shift to working 6 months a year and traveling 6 months a year which also happens to fit in with the parameters of reverse mortgage maintenance requirements. I hadn't considered getting one until reading your post and the idea of getting one then investing the proceeds while keeping the property is brilliant IMO. Sadly after checking today I find I'm 10 months to young to do one now so I can't take that advantage now :-( I do believe loss harvest season beginning 10/1/21 through 12/31/21 is going to be brutal to da GSE tickers of every description this year so IMO all interested in loading these misfits should be a patient dumpster diver through this last quarter paying particular attention to the bottom Bollinger Band on the long term weekly chart... https://schrts.co/KsuwVnCe ...currently at $0.39 and dropping because the SP's going to bounce off it before it reverses. I do this every year with a select ticker and am never sorry. 12/31/20 I got $MMNFF~ at $0.12 and it ran early February 2021 to $1.47 :-)
