And Ambrose Egbuonu is the straw man from Nigeria that becomes the "CEO and President" in name only? For some reason I don't see two guys from Nigeria looking out for the ILST share holders.

I read a little about Video River which claims to be an EV comp[any that works out of the same office as ILST. This ends with the greater fool stuck holding the bag.
