Supposedly these new rules are supposed to protect retail in the otc. Doesn’t look like much of that, looks just the opposite. I’m not in here, just interested into why this is happening, other than the whole expert market stuff.

I have IB and Etrade and can't buy!

I Havent been able to buy with Etrade ,,,someone posted they were able to buy with Interactive Brokers
