Did iBio's senior leadership really need to open a San Diego, CA lab that when fully staffed and running will cost aprox. $4-MIl./mo.? You do this when you have sustainable revenue, not when you have a fixed reserve and no easy way to fund both San Diego and College Station, Tx op's. Tom's last brilliant capital lift at a paltry $1.09 pps strike price was a give away to the tutes to get them out at $2.80 pps this past Feb., and to screw the retail shareholders for not voting to approve the AS increase from 225-Mil. to 475-Mil. shares. Also IMHO, Tom has been giving out warrants like they are candy. What's he going to do to raise substantial capital by Jan. 2023?
