For the last call of the proxy group I did not get desperation from Bruce. My opinion of course. I found interesting the fact that Paul had breakfast with NP and discussed with him directly and personally stepping down to get the experienced CEO in place.
NP is clearly all ego and refuses to accept he is out of his depth. Anyone can raise toxic financing especially with the atrocious effective terms.
