Petrejus I agree that it was natural to lose faith in this company for the reason you mention. I don't understand why it was promised over more than 18 months that there would soon be filed the annual/quarterly reports. To begin with the reason may have been that the numbers would not be good at all. Recently, it could have been stated that the company preferred to be ousted from the OTC even if it would not trade anywhere for some months.
