They aren't easy to find, so that means:

It could be bullshit or

They are only available in a few select location.

If it's bullshit and a scam the price will still get pumped up on more filings, however if it's real and they expand in to rapid growth, well you know the rest $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Of course if it goes quiet and we never hear another peep, well then my money is gone - Tax Loss :)
