Class Act Johnny Falcones shows his true colors again. Would rather blame others then take responsibility. What a joke. Please fill out a Whistleblower report with the SEC. It only took a few mins yesterday but there is so much dirt on Johnny Falcone, it will be easy to fill out. Lack of filings is a no brainer. If you search the Company Filings on the SEC website, you will see that Johnny did not file in 2020 and only once in 2021. Easy complaint right there. But if you take his Twitter lies and misleading comments, there is another complaint. The R/S has that wasnt suppose to happen is a third that can be submitted to the SEC. I have already submitted for all three but i feel we have strength in numbers. Every investor in OTTV should be filing a complaint with the SEC if you ever want to see any of your money back or at least hold Johnny Scumbag Falcone held responsible for his actions.

This is a threat of the intentional tort of conversion by the CEO of a public company and should be viewed as a criminal act from what I research as no legal advice.

Unless Johnny can prove spirit possession of his fingers potentially. Just because Johnny types does not mean he has control of the conveyance 100%, but I worry about the beyond reasonable doubt clause for Johnny.
