That makes no difference when obviously a split is done to dump more shares into the OS and float. They shouldn’t be allowed to do what they are doing here. I’m stunned it’s allowed to continue on honestly. Splitting on shareholders just to dilute, rinse, and repeat..all with no sign of doing business. While all of these pieces of crap are to raise capital, this one is brazenly egregious.
