So, because of "unforeseen circumstances" DSCR did not issue the PR last week. Did DSCR know this move to expert market was going to happen and that was the unforeseen circumstance? If so, then DSCR is thinking it will fix the expert market designation this week, move back to pink current, and then issue PR. One could only hope!
