I don't think his claim makes any sense, certainly not on the surface. Both the companies he mentioned didn't provide any filings (Good Vibration Shoes none in 5 years, the pharmaceutical company has no disclosures at all since 2019, an OTCQB certification 2.5 years ago, but no filings since 2013).
On the other hand, Ecosciences filed their past 2 year's financial statements on August 27 and September 2, 2021, and this enabled them to get a yield sign.
There's just no comparison there, and no reason to say what he did.
