RIBS evaluating direction and potential merger candidates. Nothing solid yet due to debt. If I am unable to find a suitable candidate the plan is to raise A/S to give room to raise funds to eliminate debt... which also eliminates roughly 44mil common held by debt holder) and then start making acquisitions in the restaurant sector which I already have targets for.
