The business of the claims to the Rare Earth Mining Exploration Properties are conducted through arrangements with Searchlight Strategic Minerals, LLC. The Work Expenditure and Other Commitments are as follows and per annum: Gallinas Mountains Claims (Lincoln County), NM These include: â??All Americanâ?, â??Sky Highâ?, â??Rare Metalsâ?, â??Americanâ?, â??Iron Lampâ? and â??M&E Prideâ?. The Gallinas property presently consists of six (6) unpatented lode mining claims. Boneekay Claims (Cibola County) The Boneekay property presently consists of two (2) unpatented lode mining claims. Premier Development & Investment, Inc. has commitments to Searchlight Strategic Minerals, LLC whereby $10,000 is payable every 6 (months) commencing from October 8, 2017 as well as a â??Work Commitmentâ? of $100,000 per annum, the first being due on June 30, 2018. The Company is also responsible for all BLM payments in respect of these Properties. The Company has an Option Agreement with Placer Petroleum Co., LLC to acquire the option to purchase the working interests and royalties in eight Wells located in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. The Company pays an Option right of $5,000 per annum and will be paying $80,000 to exercise the options of all of the eight Wells.
