Paramount has the right to earn up to 70% interest in the property with $2.5million plus 700,000 Paramount shares paid to Tara. So... one has to wonder how many shares of Paramount there are outstanding, that is, do the shares going to Tara represent a very small interest in Paramount or a substantial percentage of Paramount's outstanding shares? In essence the question is... how good is the news for Tara, or how much of Paramount's profit will flow thru to Tara?
