“It's just a label. OTCM said that if you didn't file today, you weren't going to make it so they took the lead. Plenty of SEC filers on EM since OTCM doesn't know they've filed. OTCM doesn't have power to revoke a 15c2-11. Once updated by the SEC many tickers will fall off the EM”
