Nowhere in the guidance for Form 10 does it say that a company HAS to WAIT 60 days to post filings.
The Form. 10 is a notification to the SEC that the company intends to bring its filings up to date by reporting to SEC Standard.
The SEC then gives the company a deadline of 60 days following the posting of the Form 10 by which the company has to have posted its filings.
George Sharp already posted that the filings were being finalised a few days ago. Looks like everyone missed that and everyone needs to follow the logical conclusion.
Let’s remember that there’s probably a lot of pressure on the SEC website at the moment so documents posted will take longer to be converted into PDF format as you see with all SEC reporting companies.
