Sharp is a clown - filing fake 8-Ks etc - GOFF is a Form 15 company - they don't file with the SEC because they are dark and haven't filed any financial information since 12/31/2013.

Sharp hasn't filed any audited financials - he hasn't filed a Form 10 or S-1 Registration statement and a MM hasn't filed a Form 211 for GOFF.

Just because there is a cover page on Twitter is meaningless - Sharp is hijacking shells for self enrichment.
