I am not sure. Maybe based on all pre clinical work and the hypothesis or the MOA and all PREVIOUS safety in trials, they authorized. Or based on trial site doctors opinion on what they witnessed?

FDA will know the results when we know the results, assuming Leo adheres to his legal responsibilites to report material events in a timely fashion.
