For an unknown reason it seems Falak dont vare about SEC rule.
Falak knows this rules but the timming of the projects dont coordinate whit SEC. I know he dont abandon his energy pretentions.
I think they are working in a merger or go private.
Both sceneries are fine to me. GLTY!
