Do not believe, rs99, that the SEC delists as you imply they may to RBII, because of late filings. Many companies that are still processing late filings to meet the SEC September 28th requirement to be pink current have been given good news as I just learned of an SEC announcement issued during last week to delay enforcing the requirement as of tomorrow, September 28th.
