Skeletons in the closet:
a discreditable or embarrassing fact(s) that someone(s) (or an entity) wishes to keep secret.

That would include all of these companies IF Sheasby indeed has the proof they all colluded...... What an Atomic bomb shell that would be. Eh?

Think Google or any of them want to risk that? This could get much more interesting than just what meets the eye right now. Sheasby may be holding some cards close to the vest still. Samsung was a typical example.....

Samsung was in a contract dispute with NetList and now look at where Samsung is...... infringement and trying to hide evidence of infringement.

Not saying it will happen, but ya just never know how things can unfold in these cases. Those skeletons have a way coming out sometimes..... Inphi trial was put off to a later date. Is Inphi cooperating to reduce their damages in return for information on Micron and Google? Things that make ya go Hhmmmmmmm......
LOL~!

This is good drama...... $5 billion is way conservative IMO. I think much much more..... at $5 per billion? Can't wait for these settlements.

$NetList baby~!
