It's not. It's one of the best IMO. This is so thin. It would take nothing to push it right back up.

No worries with SHNL. Once Vezhong and JW Asset Management announce what company they are bringing in here with this float and outstanding shares we should should be many multiples higher.
By the way a few other lotto plays I hold currently are NMGC, RINO, QUAN, RIBS, WYPH, QENC, TDCH, NIHK, DRNG, CIVX, UTRK

Someone just sold shares in $SHNL at .06. Wish I had had my bid in. Only 2 million float and JW Asset Management just made an investment here in August. They don't make investments for nothing. Something good is coming here. It's just a matter of time.
