This weeks run was caused by ETEK getting all filings up to date it & filing of attorney's letting which will bring ETEK to current status. Whom ever takes over, they wanted it done NOW.
Plus, the way the attorney letter was written, they wanted no problems what so ever for this merger to be clean & happen.
I believe they are DYING to get the news out but are just waiting for OTC to officially grant current status.
