I think you will find that when you present your case, you will be leughed at.

That was a shareholder's meeting,all interested parties are invited/requested to attend.Those that do not attend are not privy to selective guarantees.

Especially something so trivial,as delayed filing, when the person who was responsible for its completion was either fired/or quit before completing same,actually leaving no one to complete the filing.

Now as you say malcolm is quite incompetent, so Cdex was litterally stripped bare when Griffin left.

My experience tells me other companies do the same thing all the time and I've rarely seen it announced. I doubt the SEC or anyone else will be very concerned.
