#8901 RE: vinnie1965 #8900

Thanks vinnie. Yeah, NetList could be a sleeper. I don't know what Chuck Hong was asking from Google, but Jason Sheasby must have presented GOOG with a settlement figure and now GOOG is trying everything in their power to delay. Even asking for a jury trial. I say bring it.

And to top everything else off with regard to Google, Samsung may get dragged into this for collusion in trying to bring NetList down to bankruptcy. This is along with connections to collusion with Google already made to Inphi and Micron.

Samsung is another interesting case where it started as a breech of contract dispute and manifested itself into an infringement of NetList seminal patents case where Samsung has lied and claimed innocent.
Samsung didn't want discovery on some things, but the judge sided with NetList. Samsung is cooked.....

Do you think that would warrant a pretty good award from Google and then from Samsung? Not to mention Micron and Inphi?

And when these suits settle against these companies, other companies
may step up and "realize" they too infringed and may cover licensing and royalty fees. Those companies that don't step up will more than likely be discovered. Only this time precedence will be set, and NetList will have plenty of money to take these clowns on.

Very high on NetList as a near term to long term play. The chip shortage, the current memory manufactured and provided; and the next standard in memory going forward, NetList's HybriDIMM. It and it's upgraded versions will be the standard in memory components for years to come.

Chuck Hong and the whole executive branch of NetList are Aces. Just my opinion. I do not know what to expect as far as damages and awards to NetList. Google was totally abusive as well as all companies involved, with maybe the exception of Inphi infringed knowingly. Treble damages should be inflicted here. Whether they are or not is up to the court and/or the judge presiding over the case.

Sorry for the long story Vinnie. $5 times $5 billion.... very conservative. I'll take that~! LOL~!

Thanks for that. Dino is a pro, and I highly respect his opinion. It means a lot.

Best regards....
