That gap opened within the high from the previous day maybe you could consider that, plus there were peeps who were restricted from buying any sooner by their brokerages. So then maybe a "perceived" gap due to weird circumstance?

Speaking of gaps,...there's one from .40 to .51 or so mid 2012;

if one wants to dwell on gaps.
