The delinquency in filing and the SEC suit have been there for over two years and did not trigger the CE. What popped up was the promotion symbol and then a couple of hours later the CE followed.

Unless proven otherwise, the logical explanation for the CE is the promotion. Subsequent communications between Rik and the OTCM, concluded with the OTCM stating that they will remove the CE what’s the company is fully current.

The company is now fully current, so let’s give it two or three business days and it is expected for the CE to be removed.

NPHC was not current and had an "ongoing" sec stupid case and yet it did not have the CE for years...


It will be removed to the dislike of many here apparently, LOL
