It's the "Run it up the flagpole" plan. Otherwise known as the trial balloon.
Mostly a sign of scrambling, or of not really having a plan. So far, the plan has been an abject failure, unless you count the amount of time and resources wasted on the effort.
Can't wait to see what the Chancery court says on (I think) Oct. 6.
That was the last date I heard or read when the court is expected to render it's decision against or in favor of 13D's slate being on the ballot for the annual meeting.
As of now, they will not be. Hard to gain support when your entire platform relies on the decision of a judge to be valid.
