I looked up best unified threat management companies, which fits the description of potential RM's here.

SonicWALL was acquired by Dell, then sold off back to Private Equity.

It was acquired for approx. $1.2B

Wonder if they are in the running? Purely speculation of course.

A billion dollar company would be absolutely nuts!!!
