Look at the date the email was sent... unreal... the one sent before this was to inform of delinquency just a week ago.

I received an email alert from the CO SOS website that the periodic report is due... I am not holding my breath!!!

$ABBY, which is EM on otcMarkets, is on the verge of being "delinquent" (currently "noncompliant") per another e-mail alert from Colorado SOS.
