#12153 RE: micsz28 #12145

I first bought shares of WCVC sometime around the end of February, when we first started hearing, load all you can, expecting pink current status, train ready to leave the station and here it is September 24th, and still nothing. What did happen is the SP has fallen from it's 52 week high of .0045 set sometime around the beginning of the year, all the way down to a recent low of .0002 set this month.

There have been probably hundreds of OTC tickers that have gotten current since the beginning of the year, and some of them hadn't traded in years, some of them were custodianships that had court proceedings that are now current, but Nixon can't file a lousy years worth of financials to get current. They were also keeping the shareholders informed with what was going on, and they were doing it well before they got current.

Here's a quote from one of WCVC's websites https://www.westcoastventuresgroupcorp.com/investor-relations

Transparency is important to us. Our valuable shareholders are the lifeblood of our organization, and we work hard to keep them involved and in the know on up to the minute news, challenges, and progress.

They even have a investor twitter account, although they have only tweeted once from it back in 2018. https://twitter.com/InvestWCVC

They may have tweeted something recently, but what's been their excuse since June of 2020 when they stopped filing and not keeping the shareholders updated. I know, COVID. That seems to be the new go-to excuse for everything these days.

Nixon is a business owner and has customers and employees. Does he tell his customers when they order something, due to COVID your order will be ready in a year. I wonder if he tells his employees, due to COVID you won't be getting paid this week. I wonder if he also stalls off filing his taxes as well, or if he has an excuse for that, too.

This companies actions, is hardly the actions of a real publicly traded company. It kind of makes me wonder what's really going on here.

I could go on with a lot more to say about this company, but I'm not in the mood for writing a book.
