This might help understanding new rules, but looks like otcmarkets is already restricting delinquent tickers...https://finance.yahoo.com/news/bond-market-gets-reprieve-sec-222008585.html ...really hoping $MGCV gets some more eyes on it...low float means slow mover sometimes...
