No, those convertable can't legally be sold until they've been held for a year from theiir issue date, Even then, there's no room in the OS to issue them anyway.

THat's one reason I keep laughing at JT's claim he's working on that UPLISTING.

When he adjusts the AS to account for all those convertible IOU's out there, then I'll stasrt believing he's at least thinking about it.

Til then that claim is a big LOL ...

I just looked at the shares on the OTC, looks like JT has been moving shares off the restricted roll. Restricted share count was over a billion last time I looked, it's showing 586,579,530 Restricted shrares this morning.
