I used to think they were planning on paying off their debt which is why they pushed these down the road but after the 10K I realized they don't have money to do that. I don't think they will ever have the money to do that.
Why did they push these dates ahead? I think the Securities Exchange Agreement will tell us more about what they will do with those notes. I now feel like it had something to do with losing control of their company considering the Securities Exchange Agreement mentions excess shares being distributed as Series C shares.
I hope I am wrong and you all make your money back. Ill be the first to admit how wrong I was and will be very jealous of everyone's success if they get back to .10 cents
