This statement was made by Stewart during the August 13 update:

".....the testing laboratory, which operates both in China and Thailand, were significantly impacted by severe COVID outbreaks."

Forget the COVID part for just a minute if you would. Does anyone know if there is any FCC involvement in these labs?

Do you know what the results channel is from a Thai lab to the FCC? I don't. I'll ask. It would be good for us to understand this better I think
