If their yearly financials can't raise this stock, what news will?

Paying off debt? Sure, but with what money? This latest 8K shows they can't even operate their own business without loans so where are they getting the money to pay off a significant amount of debt?

A merger? That seems to already be baked into the price. And mergers cost money, which again will be paid for by who? Magic money fairy or dilution?

Unique has razor thin margins with no money in the bank for emergencies so when they need money what do they do? They dilute their stock.
