Not up to CR anymore. Nostrum could have assumed accounting 1 year ago had Marcum completed and forensic accounting with RAM might have commenced sooner. Marcum is huge and I'm sure all data wasn't readily available to reconstruct as may be the case now. We may have to wait another month to get the balance of the filings. RAM is surely more responsive to Nostrum and CRXM. Better to get clear responsible financial data now .There are 1500 firms not in compliance..the issue will be how soon once we pass deadline can we relist and uplist once filings are complete.
