Scams can be Pink Current too. Look at James Tilton, the biggest con-man CEO in OTC history for running 5 companies that are scams and he was the CEO in all of them. They were all Pink Current until they no longer because the animal know how to get around it by fabricating faked financials. You just need to pay a money-greedy lawyer to sign-off to become Pink Current.
