Yeah...#4 is the main reason Covey the CON will never show his face again. Notice also MTVX has no TA. The former TA will have a bill for this ticker a mile long of unpaid services until he cut them off. Click on his client list and there is no APT MotoVox.

This SHAM can NEVER be current or even get a YIELD sign from OTC Markets without a TA. The TA and other debt will have to be paid or a payment structure worked out by a petitioning Custodian before they would be awarded the ticker--that could be millions of $$$. Depending on the debt that would be a deal breaker.

4) tons of toxic debt remains - we know this because the company would have had to report additional issuances (which it didn't) AND the company that received/sold them would have been required to make filings as well (which hasn't happened for years)

Thank you for the detailed break down but to some it doesn't matter...you can't a fanatics mind....and u don't need to be a weatherman to know which way the wind is blowing...even the blind can see this is a joke..it helps to look at these boards and remind myself how far I've come and to thank God I learned early to not marry a stock

I don't see how you could have put that much time into it even if you read all information word for word backwards...being a real researcher that you are...a thousand hours would mean it took you 41 (24 hour days) of your life to do your research...and here you are claiming even thousands of hours...what a waste of time....and maybe a liar too.

I am a researcher (a real researcher, not a schmuck who thinks "research" involves watching YouTube videos) and I have invested hundreds of hours, if not thousands, in reading all of the filings and court dispositions since 2014.
