I think you're wrong. The call changed my mind.

I was under the impression Ms. Yeager might be qualified with her experience, despite not being a shareholder. But Gordon on our current BOD isn't a shareholder, so that's ok.

After the call it was evident Yeager lacks FDA knowledge and is "yeagerly" incompetent

The proxy group doesn't need someone knowledgeable when their goal is to sell IncellDx for $500M and dilute CYDY more than 30%.
