Yeah, but eventually the ones with shares will let this run up to Dollar Land, and beyond.
They prefer to keep it lower for now.
You have your flippers, but you also have those that are still accumulating shares here, and want to have enough shares when the right catalyst comes that will enable to take this to Dollar Land with enough demand.
Volume says it all. Agreed there's no FOMO. So if there's any manipulation between mm's, they're propping the price up. Heck the Monday PR wasn't a day late but was a dollar short vs. the expected straight up IDE submission, so I think it's great sp is holding in a range. Sure beats the alternative. Company is making progress. Just gotta be patient.
