WTF is going on? Well....it appears that someone has a bunch of shares to dump:

On September 14, 2021, the Company issued a total of 490,196 shares of its common stock under the Purchase Agreement at an aggregate price of $250,000, or approximately $0.51 per share.

Exactly what what was predicted to happen. No deal and the only thing to look forward to is pissing more of your money away drilling a tired old claim that others took a pass on.
