The SEC is suing Rik over the smallest infractions all the way up to the big. Don’t you think if Rik was misappropriating funds they would’ve based their whole case on it? If the SEC that probed and prodded him, didn’t find any reason to make a claim that the company is his personal ATM, who are the detractors on this board to make that claim?
