Thanks Rollup. What are you thoughts regarding?

1) impact on the RLFTF O/S and float values? Does it change?

2) impact on the 'price' per share (for RETAIL trading purposes - you and me).

3) How does the ARD process help RLFTF get uplisted if the PPS does not change?

4) impact on the EPS calculation (earnings per share)?

I'm teaching a virtual class all week, however this weekend I plan on deep diving into the ADR / ADS topic more on my own. But your input can really help now.
