Calm yourself.

Before going off on some rant about your alleged "constitutional right to free speech" you really should read some something like Constitution 101. You have no such right here anymore than I have such a right in your living room. For that matter, there is really nothing in the Constitution that guarantees you free speech. The 1st Amendment states:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

This ain't Congress. It is not a public forum. It is business that makes the message boards available to the public subject to our Terms of Use (a.k.a. "User Agreement").

Now that we have that little misconception out of the way, one of the posts that got you here started out:

You're a fucking lier and an oppressor of truth.

That would fall under item 10 of Member Conduct section of the User Agreement, to-wit:

constitutes a personal attack, which is defined as:
o Posting harassing or otherwise objectionable content on another poster;
o Calling another poster names or being vulgar;
o Not staying on topic with the current investment discussion, but instead focusing on an individual poster;

All of those off-topic posts about deletions didn't help your cause either, since they too were violations.

Once you have come to understand the site's rules and agree to comply with them, please be reminded that if you have a complaint about another poster, or a moderator, or a deleted post, you can send a PM to Matt and he will review your complaint.
