The regulatory environment changes on 9/28. THREE THOUSAND tickers coming offline on that date, no longer tradable. That's about one-third of the entire OTC market. This will bode well for remaining OTCs priced in the low trips (PPS less than 0.0005). CBDL will continue trading without lapse because it meets SEC Rule 15c2-11 and the reporting requirements thereto.
