Halo's not registered with the SEC and therefore does not file disclosures with the SEC.
Hence Halo is not regulated by the SEC.
Besides, this is a world away from the lies and bogus fins filed by many stinky-pinkys that are regulated by the SEC but still trade.
If they aren't shut down to protect investors, what cause is there to suspend Halo?
Halo's fins are audited. So even if you don't believe the many PRs and pics, the numbers don't lie (unless you think their accountants are part of a conspiracy, in which case you'd be better off submitting complaints to the proper agencies than posting here).
Feel free to report your concerns to NEO. They don't have an official form (maybe Canadian stocks aren't as corrupt as American ones?), but you can submit them here.

Name something big that was announced but will never happen because it was fake.
And then show the corresponding stock sale by the company where they profited off the news.
I'm disappointed (and pissed) that the summer ranch harvest was scrubbed and there wasn't a word about it. But that doesn't mean it was a pump - I expect that construction (if not plantings) is underway and there will be harvests next year.
Dispensary construction was delayed by months but is now in full swing.
Since you claim to have proof of so many pumps, may I suggest you lay them all out in a spreadsheet?
That will make it easier for regulators and authorities to review your mountains of evidence before they conduct simultaneous coordinated raids on Halo headquarters, Bophelo Wellness and Davidson & Company LLP (the Company's auditors) to seize more evidence which will undoubtedly put the Halo Gang and their accomplices behind bars once and for all.
