Lets wait till 28th and check whether Acropolis did tell the truth about submitting the application before the deadline.

"OTC Markets Group asked companies at risk of losing their public market to submit an application for access to the OTC Disclosure & New Service (for non-SEC reporting U.S. companies to publish their information) by June 30, 2021. We set this deadline to ensure that we have sufficient time to confirm the required information is publicly available before the SEC’s September 28, 2021 deadline. While we are working diligently to process as many applications as possible, some applications received after June 30th may not be processed before the September compliance date."

I do understand from this info at the OTCM website that if an application has been properly submitted before the deadline, the tier will be changed before 28th of spet.

Let's hope Acropolis spoke the truth!
