Good thing to investigate as I’m not 100% sure either.
I have never heard of a certain or particular set of shares already in the Float being excluded from a RS. Don’t think that would be legal.
That would include any notes prior to a RS. Main reason why is because that would make the float IE MC none reliable.
Would not make sense.
The AS totally different.

I was correct not all shares get reversed.
