From a retail trader's perspective that is the BACK END. While it is good to know that, with FINRA cut out of the process, it will be simpler and faster to become eligible for quotation, what is missing at present is a responsive FRONT END.
We need brokers' trading platforms to pick up those changes ASAP when they hit OTC Markets. It only adds to the frustration if you can see full quotation depth on L@ but can't enter a buy order! For example - Schwab is still using the original list they published in early August and has not updated it for filings and changes posted on OTC Markets since then.
